“Rustic charm” Package

The “Rustic Charm” Package is designed for a Friday, Saturday or midweek Wedding (not available for a Sunday Wedding). Two or Three-day access for decorating, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony & Reception. This package is designed to accommodate up to 150 guests for a Ceremony and Reception in our 80-year-old, 6,000 sq. ft. Event Barn. The first floor of our 1919 Farmhouse is spacious and well-appointed for Bridal Party dressing and the Gentleman’s Cellar is the perfect “man cave” for the Groom & Groomsmen.

The Event Barn is divided into separate Ceremony and Reception areas with floor-to-ceiling heavy natural muslin drapes; this allows for the perfect reveal. After your Ceremony concludes, the drapes are pulled back, and your guests are ushered into the Reception Area. *Antique natural pine church pews for your Ceremony are included. *This package can be easily adapted for an outside Ceremony or Reception.

“Rustic Charm” Package includes:

  • Two or three-day access for decorating, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony & Reception in the Event Barn
  • Access hours for a Saturday Wedding are Friday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. & Saturday: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Access hours for a Friday Wedding are Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. & Friday: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Wedding Day access to the first floor of the Farmhouse for Bridal Party Dressing (see above)
  • Wedding Day access hours to the Gentleman’s Cellar for Groomsmen Dressing (see above)
  • Large selection of rustic, vintage & contemporary decor items, florals & greenery
  • Two 15″ 800 Watt PA Speakers with Bluetooth capability & one Bluetooth mic
  • Round and rectangular tables with French Bistro chairs for up to 150 guests
  • Floor-length round & rectangular ivory taffeta tablecloths for Reception
  • Full set-up & post-event break-down of Reception tables & chairs
  • 20 antique, unfinished, natural pine church pews for your Ceremony
  • On-site parking for 150 guests with parking attendant
  • Chandeliers & accent lighting in the Barn
  • Cafe string lighting throughout the Barn
  • Decorative frames & chalkboard signs
  • Hand-built wood wedding arch
  • Post-event clean-up service

*Number of access days to the Event Barn depend on the package booked (choose either two or three-day “Rustic Charm” package). Additional days of access hours for either package: 8am-10pm. 

*Additional access hours (inquire for availability) for early arrival or extended departure or a la carte (see “Optional Add-Ons”). 

*Vintage church pews are included at no additional charge, unless a request is made to move or alter their position in the Event Barn – or if wishing to adapt this package for an outside ceremony.  

*General Post-event Clean-up services included for Ceremony and Reception in the Event Barn only. Post-event clean-up for Rehearsal Dinner (inside or outside) and outside Ceremony and/or Reception is available (see “Optional Add-Ons”).

*For your convenience, we offer an “optional” décor return/restocking service. The fee for this service only applies if you prefer not to return borrowed décor items to their home location (original location in the Event Barn or the Décor Room). For an inside Ceremony, Reception or Rehearsal Dinner the “optional décor return/restocking” is $35. For an outside Ceremony, Reception or Rehearsal dinner the “optional décor return/restocking” is $95.
