“Tiny Wedding” Packages

Micro-wedding (8 hrs – $1,850)

Mini-mony (2 hrs – $450)

For Brides & Grooms who are looking for something more intimate and affordable, with the look and feel of a more extravagant celebration, our “Mini-mony” or “Micro-wedding” option might be the perfect fit. These packages offer three-hour (“Mini-mony”) or eight-hour (“Micro-wedding”) access to our 80 year-old, 6,000 sq. ft., honey-hued poplar post-and-beam Event Barn for a Ceremony only or a Ceremony and Reception. The Ceremony area of the Barn is sweetly appointed with vintage church pews and other lovely, rustic decor. Reception for the “Micro-wedding” includes tables and french bistro chairs with full set-up included (no flipping required). Choose from our large selection of decor items to make your Wedding Day as beautiful and unique as you are. 

These packages are designed for a “mid-week” wedding (Monday through Wednesday). Weekend dates (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) are subject to availability — and only if booking within 45 days (for a “Mini-Mony”) or 120 days (for a “Micro-Wedding”) of your Wedding Date.

“Micro-wedding” Package includes:

  • Choose a Monday through Wednesday (Friday, Saturday or Sunday “subject to availability”- see details below)
  • Eight-hour access to the Event Barn for Ceremony & Reception for 50 guests (add 25 – see details below)
  • Round & Rectangular tables for up to 50 (please note that we do not alter our existing Reception layout)
  • French Bistro cafe style wood & wrought iron folding chairs for up to 50 guests (set-up included)
  • 20 antique unfinished natural pine church pews (Event Barn only – see details below)*
  • Farmhouse access for Bridal Party Dressing & Gentleman’s Cellar for Groomsmen
  • Large selection of complimentary rustic, vintage and contemporary decor items
  • 15″ 800 Watt PA Speakers (bluetooth capability & mics)
  • Chandeliers & cafe string lighting throughout the Barn
  • On-site parking with parking attendant
  • Decorative frames & chalkboard signs
  • Rustic wood wedding arch

*Micro-wedding dates of access are Monday through Wednesday, however, if you prefer a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and are booking your date within 120 days of your preferred Wedding Date, please inquire to see if a weekend day is available. 

*Eight-hour access (choose your eight-hour access anytime from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). 

*Total guest count for “Micro-wedding” includes wedding party, but does not include officiant and photographer. Increase guest count up to 75 (add $10 per guest).

Our ivory, crinkle taffeta floor-length tablecloths are not included with our “Micro-wedding” packages, but are available as an “Optional Add-On” (set-up included — $8 ea.).

*Vintage church pews in the Ceremony area of the Event Barn may not be moved. Additionally, pews are natural, unfinished pine and all eating and drinking during the Reception is restricted to the Reception area of the Event Barn. To prevent soiling and staining, food and beverages may NOT be consumed on our unfinished pine pews.

*Additional hours are available and this package may be adapted for an outside Ceremony. (see “Optional Add-Ons”)

 

*24 hour courtesy hold on your desired date.

*25% down to secure your date (Mon. – Wed. Wedding or Event).

*50% down to secure your date (Fri. – Sun. Wedding or Event).

“Mini-mony” Package includes:

  • Access to the Reception area of the Event Barn is not included (to add access – see details below)
  • Access to the first floor of Farmhouse for Bridal Party dressing and “getting ready photos”
  • Large selection of complimentary rustic, vintage and contemporary decor items
  • 20 antique unfinished natural pine church pews (see details below)
  • 15″ 800 Watt PA Speakers (bluetooth capability & mics)
  • On-site parking with parking attendant
  • Decorative frames & chalkboard signs
  • Chandeliers & cafe string lighting
  • Rustic wood wedding arch

*Mini-mony dates of access are Monday through Wednesday, however, if you prefer a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and are booking your date within 45 days of your preferred Wedding Date, please inquire to see if a weekend day is available. 

*Three-hour access  (choose your three-hour access anytime from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) to the Ceremony area of the Event Barn, Farmhouse (1st floor for “getting ready” photos), and Tune Farm’s grounds for Wedding Day photography.

*Access to the Reception area of the Event Barn is not included with the “Mini-mony” package. Access to the Reception Area for cake cutting and beverage service, first dance, etc. may be added as an “Optional Add-On” ($150). This option does not extend your access hours. All Wedding Day activities must conclude within the two-hour access window. Additional access hours are available at $200/hr.

*Total guest count for the “Mini-mony” includes the wedding party, officiant and photographer. Increase your guest count up to a max of 50 guests (add $10 per guest over 25) 

*Vintage church pews in the Ceremony area of the Event Barn may not be moved. Additionally, pews are natural, unfinished pine and all eating and drinking during the Reception is restricted to the Reception area of the Event Barn.

*May be adapted for an outdoor Ceremony (see “Optional Add-Ons”).
