Friday & Sunday: $2,850 (standard rate: $3,250)

This package offers single-day access to our 80 year-old, 6,000 sq. ft., authentic post-and-beam Event Barn for a Ceremony & Reception for up to 150 guests. The first floor of our circa 1919 Farmhouse is spacious and well-appointed for Bridal Party dressing and the Gentleman’s Cellar is the perfect “man cave” for the Groom & Groomsmen.

The Event Barn is divided into separate Ceremony and Reception areas with floor-to-ceiling heavy natural muslin drapes. This allows for the perfect reveal – after your Ceremony concludes, the drapes are pulled back, and your guests are ushered into the Reception area. Vintage church pews are included for your Ceremony. Complementary access to our Decor Room. Optional “Add-Ons” include: two-hour, pre-wedding planning & decorating visit (to make sure all the details of your Wedding Day are picture perfect), additional hours for a Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner and this package may be adapted for an outside Ceremony and/or Reception (see “Optional Add-Ons”).

Your Day” Package includes:

  • Single-day access to the Event Barn, Farmhouse (1st floor for Bridal Party) & the Gentlemans’ Cellar
  • Access hours for Saturday: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., Access hour for Friday & Sunday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Full pre-event set-up & post-event break-down for dining tables, chairs & linens for Reception
  • Post-event clean-up service (for Ceremony & Reception in the Event Barn)
  • 20 antique unfinished natural pine church pews (see details below)
  • 150 “French Bistro” cafe style wood & wrought iron folding chairs
  • 48-inch round & 72-inch”rectangular tables for up to 150 guests
  • Floor-length round & rectangular ivory, crinkle taffeta tablecloths
  • Large selection of rustic, vintage and contemporary decor items
  • Two 15″ 800 Watt PA Speakers (bluetooth capability & mics)
  • On-site parking for 150 guests (with parking attendant)
  • Chandeliers & accent lighting in the Barn
  • Cafe string lighting throughout the Barn
  • Decorative frames & chalkboard signs
  • Hand-built wood wedding arch

*Vintage church pews in the Ceremony area of the Event Barn may not be moved. Additionally, pews are natural, unfinished pine and all eating and drinking during the Reception is restricted to the Reception area of the Event Barn.

*Post-event Clean-up services is included for Ceremony and Reception in the Event Barn only. Post-event clean-up for Rehearsal Dinner (inside or outside) and outside Ceremony and/or Reception is available (see “Optional Add-Ons”).

*Additional hours of access (for decorating, Rehearsal and/or Rehearsal Dinner may be available (see “Optional Add-Ons” and inquire for availability).

*For your convenience, we offer an “optional” décor return/restocking service. The fee for this service only applies if you prefer not to return borrowed décor items to their home location (original location in the Event Barn or the Décor Room). For an inside Ceremony, Reception or Rehearsal Dinner the “optional décor return/restocking” is $35. For an outside Ceremony, Reception or Rehearsal dinner the “optional décor return/restocking” is $95
