Although all of the questions are optional, the more information you provide the more successful we will be in preparing for your Day! Perhaps you’ve already answered the question about “how you met” in our “Pre-Tour Questionnaire”, but if you want to tell us again, that would be lovely! (This form will be included in Tune Farm’s Memory Book-and someday we will reread the answers you’ve provided here and reminisce about all the sweet details of your Wedding Day!)
